This Privacy Policy describes how Trinotos ("we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with this website. This website is an announcement page for the upcoming Trinotos application, which has not launched yet.

This website is an informational page. The only personal information we collect is the email address you may choose to leave through the "Reserve your place" form, as described below. We do not ask you to create an account and do not collect any other personal data through this website.

If you submit your email address through the waitlist form, we collect and store it together with the date and time of submission. We use it only to:

We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We will not sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Every email we send will include a way to opt out, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to hello@trinotos.com. Waitlist addresses are stored encrypted in our own private storage on Amazon Web Services, in the United States, and are not shared with any other provider. Along with your address we record the time you submitted it, the wording you agreed to and the IP address the request came from, which together are how we can show that consent was given rather than assumed. They are kept until the app has launched and the waitlist is retired, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. Because our storage keeps previous versions as a safeguard against accidental loss, a deleted address can persist in those backups for a short period after removal.

3. Server Logs

Like most websites, the hosting provider that serves this page may automatically record standard technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used only to operate and secure the website and is not used to identify you.
